There are an infinite number of self-help books, text books, articles and other written works that can be helpful related to every human condition.  My list is made up of things I have read and found useful.  They may or may not be helpful to you. Please remember that, in addition to reading, one must also get into action in order to make changes.

I only recommend readings related to addressing trauma after beginning therapy with a client. My belief is that beginning to work on trauma issues should be done with a qualified therapist who will get to know you and your history before suggesting things to explore on your own.
